We value and respect your privacy. 

When you place an order through the website we will ask for your name and email address so that you can be sent your order and delivery information, as well as if there are any questions regarding your order. To process your order, we will ask for your name, billing and delivery address. This information is stored online on our website platform Squarespace and is shared with our payment processing platforms Stripe , PayPal and Square. We do not receive any of our customers’ banking details. Certain direct purchases or commissions may also be paid for by bank transfer, for which we only receive the name & reference. Depending on what type of print or product you order, we may share your name and address with our fulfilment supplier for delivery purposes. Otherwise, we never share this information with third parties.

If you opt into our mailing list subscription, we will collect your email address and also possibly your first name and surname. This will never be shared with third parties, and will only be used to send you updates or new products that might be of interest to you. You may unsubscribe at any time, just email hello@lucymahon.com.

We may also collect your data if you voluntarily contact us via email, the contact us form, in person or social media. If you contact us or order directly via email (e.g. a commission enquiry or a purchase directly from social media), we will keep this information to be able to fulfil the services and for accounting records. If you share your email address with us at checkout but do not complete the purchase we may use this data to send you a reminder.

If you request to personalise your prints or original artwork, we will use this information to fulfil the service.

In exceptional circumstances we may be required to disclose personal information, such as when there are grounds to believe that the disclosure is necessary to prevent a threat to life or health, or for law enforcement purposes.
