Delivery

Please allow up to two weeks for the UK and up to three weeks for Europe & Worldwide. For commissions, please see lead time on product pages.

If you have a more urgent deadline or specific delivery request, e.g. a courier or London pick-up, drop a note to hello@lucymahon.com.

Delivery costs

Packages will be sent either flat in reinforced packaging or rolled in a tube. 

UK: £7.50

Europe: £15

Worldwide: £20

Framing option

All prints are sold unframed unless mentioned. If you’re London based and want yours framed, I can drop at my local East London framers. Just select ‘drop at East London framers’ at checkout and I’ll send you an email after purchase. I’ll put you in touch with FRMD and you can have an in person or virtual consultation to choose your frame & get a quote. You’ll then pay for the framing direct and collect from Clapton. If you’re unsure and want to sense check an approximate framing price first, choose regular delivery and send me an email after purchase.

Items are sent from the UK. Please note that depending on your region and local customs duties, local charges may occur. This is not included in the cost so please allow for this if relevant.


Returns

Please get in touch if there are any issues once you’ve received an order. 

Personalised, bespoke, commissions, seconds/studio sale pieces:

The sale of all personalised and bespoke / commissioned items is final and these products are non-returnable. ‘Seconds’ & sample sale pieces are also final sale.

Non-personalised/bespoke/commissioned items:

Refunds or exchanges are only eligible for products that have arrived back unused and in their original condition. Customers must email hello@lucymahon.com with the intent to return or exchange within 3 days of receiving the item. Items must be returned within 14 days of originally receiving the item. Refunds will be made via the original payment method minus the original shipping costs. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs and so a trackable service with insurance is recommended. International customers should write 'returned items' on all packages, or you may be charged additional UK customs charges.
